RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- 30-day returns & exchanges on bras, crops and sleepwear.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original saleable condition, with all tags attached and undamaged.
- Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, marks, odours, pet hair or other signs of wear.
- Underwear briefs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items not returned in original saleable condition cannot be accepted for return.
