WELCOME CODE Sometimes there is a small delay in this email arriving in your inbox. Check your spam/junk folder and if it has not arrived just shoot us an email (or use the chat feature on the site) and I will personally get it straight out to you. 

PRE-ORDERS To save shipping costs we ship your full order together, once the pre-ordered piece is in stock. We can send the in stock items first, just let us know which you would like in the note section at checkout. Please let us know if you need your order by a certain date. 

CURRENCY Our store is set to change to your local currency by default, if there is an issue, the setting is in the top right of your browser. 

SHIPPING DUTIES While you are not charged GST (AU TAX) on orders made outside Australia, please note your shipping costs do not include TAX / DUTIES your country may require. These are payable once you receive your order and you will either be contacted by the shipping provider if they are required. 

AFTERPAY Want to pay your your order in instalments? AfterPay is a great way to do this. Some customers have told us that is can be difficult to find AfterPay during the check out procedure, so once you get to payment section just click 'Alternative pay options' and you will find the AfterPay option there. Email if you have difficulty. 

We also offer AfterPay across borders, which allows our New Zealand, Canada and UK customers to have access to AfterPay payment options. Please note due to currency conversions the final amount may differ from the amount displayed.

RETURNS

I accept all returns for 110% STORE CREDIT or REFUND (excludes the cost of shipping)*Please note I do not cover the cost of postage of your return.

EXCHANGE SIZES OR STYLES: For Australian based customers I offer exchanges of size, store credit or refund, once the item is returned is new condition. Just email me to let me know you need the new size and I will get it out to you ASAP. I cover the cost of shipping your new exchange (Australian based customers only).

Apologies this is not applicable for international orders and I offer 110% store credit or refund only. Refunds will exclude any freight costs incurred when sending your order to you.

initiate a return

To ensure you can claim a refund or exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery. You can then return your order, or the style you would like to return to the address provided.

When trying your garment on we ask that you are very careful to not mark or stain the piece with your deodorant, perfume or body lotions or oils. Try all underwear and sleepwear with your own undergarments underneath to ensure hygiene.

If they are the wrong size or don't feel right, follow instructions for our online returns below and then pop them back in the post to us & enjoy a worry free online shopping experience.

FULL REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT

Faults

I pride my garments on being exceptionally well made, and I would not want you to have a piece that is not sewn to my standards - sustainability is not having to replace your purchase because it is faulty or cheaply made.

If you find your ECO INTIMATES is faulty or any stitching comes undone - message me with details and images and I will arrange to exchange your item as soon as possible.

Conditions do apply, faults do not include:

  • Broken seams, stitching breaking due to item being forced or overstretched
  • Item damage from heat eg. tumble dryers and hot irons
  • Damage from oils and body lotions that degrade elastics in fabrics
  • Colour running from soaking garments 
  • Print fading due to excess sun exposure
