At Eco Intimates, we offer select pieces on pre-order — giving you the chance to reserve your size while helping us produce only what’s needed. It’s better for the planet, and ensures your piece is made with care.

We open pre-orders for:

New styles launching in limited batches

It helps us order the right amount of fabric and avoid overproduction.

When will my order ship?

Each pre-order style is made in small batches, with fabric already ordered once pre-orders open. Your piece will be handmade in Bali by our small team and ready to ship in approximately 8–10 weeks.

We’ll keep you updated along the way and do our best to stick to the estimated timeframe. Please note: Occasionally, there may be production delays. If this happens, we’ll notify you via email with an update.

You’re welcome to cancel your pre-order at any time for a full refund of the purchase price and any shipping paid for that item.

In the rare event we’re unable to complete your order due to production issues, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

We’ll send tracking details as soon as your order ships.
