ECO INTIMATES Story

Hello Eco Lovers!  

Thank you for taking the time to find out a little more about ECO INTIMATES. My name is Madonna Bain, and I am the designer here at ECO INTIMATES. I create bespoke intimates and am dedicated to creating luxurious lingerie & sleepwear. In all my designs I am passionate about using natural and organic textiles and producing them via slow manufacturing processes which supports makers & the planet. 

I very first starting the label back in 2008, as a hobby, as I was passionate about designing and creating natural yet feminine lingerie that not only makes women feel beautiful, but will stand the test of time. ECO INTIMATES began in my home studio (ok.. my spare room) while my two daughters were small, and each year has grown little by little through much love & dedication. 

In 2018 I decided to work full time on ECO INTIMATES and today it is still very much a bespoke label. Each collection is made in small, sustainably, sized batches produced by a couple of teams of home-makers in Bali, Indonesia, while  the designs from concept, sample & pattern are created from home here in northern NSW. With each new collection, I aim to remain true to my ethos of creating natural lingerie to remind women how truly beautiful they are.
