2) If you know your cup size:

Pick your cup category, then match your band from the underbust guide.

Petite Cup: A–C
Full Cup: D–E
Extra Full Cup: F–G

Bands have ~20% stretch. If you’re at the top of a range or prefer a softer hold, size up.

3) Underwear Sizing Tips

High-hip is about 5 cm below belly button
Low-hip is your widest part, usually your bottom area.
Waistbands stretch over the widest part and sit softly at mid-hip.
Prefer a softer fits? Size up.
