Refund & Exchange Policies

Here at ECO INTIMATES, I understand that some people may feel hesitant to purchase intimates online without being able to try the garment on (or dance in front of the mirror or parade them in front of your significant others!)

I get so much wonderful feedback about how super soft my organic cotton is, how beautiful and comfortable the styles are and how divine our attention to detail is on my pieces, so I want you to be able to try them without a care in the world.

So, I am more than happy for you to return certain garments, such as bras, sleepwear and loungewear (but not underwear, due to hygiene reasons) for an exchange of the style/size, store credit or refund of your purchase.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it — in original packaging, with hang tags attached, and no signs of wear. Items must not have been washed.

If this is your first Eco Intimates bra and the size isn’t quite right, I’ll cover both your return shipping and the postage for your exchange within Australia. This applies to exchanges only, not refunds. Just email or message me and I’ll arrange everything for you.

We’re happy to exchange bralettes, lounge and sleepwear for another size, colour or style (subject to availability).

For hygiene reasons, briefs cannot be returned unless faulty.


Refunds

If you would prefer a refund, simply return your item in original condition. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Prefer store credit?

If you’d like, you can choose store credit instead of a standard refund and we’ll add an extra 10% as a thank you.

For example, if your return is $150, you’ll receive $165 in store credit.

Store credit is issued once your return is received and approved. It is valid for 6 months and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

This option is especially helpful for interstate and international returns, as it helps offset the cost of return postage.


How to Return

The simplest way to start a return is to log into your account (top right-hand side of the website).

If you didn’t create an account, contact me and I’ll send you the return details.

Once your item is received and inspected, you’ll receive confirmation by email. Exchanges will be shipped shortly after approval.
