Underwear Sizing Chart

If you already know your sizing in either Australian or International sizes, just use CHART 1 to convert my sizing to UK, US, EURO & Japanese standard sizing.
My sizing is fairly true to size with many Australian underwear brands.
If you are not sure of your sizing you can use CHART 2, below, to find your low hips measurement.

WORKING OUT YOUR SIZE
If you are unsure of your size, grab a tape measure and all you need to know is your low hip measurement, which is the widest part around your bottom. This is generally about 20cm below your navel, but does differ from person to person.

*Low hips is the widest part of your hip region and is between 10-20 cm below your navel. If you are in between measurements go up to the next size
