Sizing Guide | Eco Intimates

For both Bras and underwear, I suggest to go with the sizing you usually wear in your favourite brands, for example if you are usually a size 10 (S), but like to size up to a M for comfort, then choose size M (12). I have aimed to keep my sizing as close to many Australian underwear brands as possible — If you are confused at all - I’m happy to help, just message me here.

1) Band Size Guide

Eco Band AU US/UK EU Suggested Underbust (cm)
XS 8 30 65 ≤ 70
S 10 32 70 70–75
M 12 34 75 75–80

2XL 18 40 90 92–100

2) Cup Size Guide

I have created my cup sizes increments to 2.5cm for each cup size. Just measure the fullest part of your bust and subtract your under-bust to find the cup size.

Bust − Under-Bust Difference (cm) Cup Size
2.5 A
5 B
7.5 C
10 D
12.5 DD
15 E
17.5 F
20 G

Tip: If you're between sizes, we recommend rounding up for a more comfortable fit — especially with soft fabrics.

Notes on Bra Styles

Many of my styles are designs for a range of cup sizes, such as A-C, D-DD and F-G, which I call petitie, full cup and extra full cup. Pick your cup category, then match your band from the underbust guide.

  • Petite Cup: A–C
  • Full Cup: D–E
  • Extra Full Cup: F–G
