Some of my most popular items may be available for preorder. This allows you to reserve your favorite pieces before they’re back in stock. Please note that if your order includes both in-stock and preordered items, I will ship them together unless you request otherwise.

Returns and Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE:
For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns on briefs unless they are faulty.
For bras, bralettes, crops, and any sleep or loungewear, I offer a simple and straightforward returns and exchange process. You can return unworn, unwashed items with their original tags within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Please take extra care when trying on your order. Items with marks from wear, sweat, deodorant, or body products cannot be accepted for return. To ensure your items remain eligible for return, please ensure your skin is clean and free from products when trying on your garments.
To start a return or exchange, please visit my Returns & Exchanges page. I strive to process all returns within 7 business days of receiving them.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. For international returns, please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid any customs charges. Any customs charges incurred on returns will be deducted from your refund.
