You're Blooming Beautiful: Top Tips for Springing Out of Bed

If you’re anything like us, your enthusiasm for longer days has not improved your ability to spring out of bed and into the day with the fierce motivation of a thousand hungry lady-dragons. Instead you're waking up as heavy as when you leapt into bed… So what’s the deal? Turn the Sprinkler On 

Hydration is key! Staying hydrated throughout the day is absolutely essential for your health and wellbeing. A lack of water not only leads to lethargy but also has us grabbing for sugar-high snacks which affects our ability to rest and sends us into a never ending poor energy spiral. 

So what can you do to make sure you're all topped up? Firstly, whatever it is you’re doing throughout the day, make sure you’ve got a glass or bottle of water right with you. Start to create triggers for yourself throughout the day, after you finish a phone call or a task, reach for your water or  if you’re driving take a sip when getting in and out of the car… do this for a week and eventually you’ll have picked up a great new, healthy habit without even noticing.
