I believe that your shopping experience should be as smooth and satisfying as slipping into your favorite lingerie. That’s why I offer a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping across Australia, no matter the size of your order. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.

Every order is packed thoughtfully and dispatched within 3 business days, so you can start enjoying your new lingerie as soon as possible.

Need your Eco Intimates even sooner? Choose Express Post for $15 at checkout and I’ll make sure your order arrives in no time.

Preordering

Some of my most loved pieces are offered as preorder items—this means you're reserving them before they're ready to ship. It helps me produce more sustainably and avoid overproduction.

When you order a preorder item:

• Within Australia – Shipping is free
• Internationally – Discounted shipping applies

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, they’ll ship separately. In-stock pieces are dispatched within 3 business days, and preorder items will ship as soon as they’re ready. No need to contact me or pay extra—you’ll receive separate tracking for each shipment.

International Orders & Duties

I'm thrilled to ship Eco Intimates worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Here’s a general guide to what may apply in some regions:

• USA: No duties for orders under $800 USD.
• UK: VAT and handling fees may apply. Duties added if your order is over £135.
• EU: VAT is usually charged on all imports; duties added for orders over €150.
• New Zealand: GST may apply to most orders.
• Canada: Duties and taxes can apply to orders over CAD$20.

Returns & Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons, briefs cannot be returned unless faulty.

I offer easy returns and exchanges for bras, bralettes, crops, and sleepwear. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

To protect your items and eligibility for return, please try garments on with clean skin and avoid deodorant or body products.

Start your return at my Returns & Exchanges page. Returns are processed within 7 business days of arrival.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. For international returns, please mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges (any incurred fees will be deducted from your refund).

I use minimal marketing materials and avoid excess packaging wherever possible. Each order is wrapped in tissue paper and closed with a single paper sticker—no plastic, no fuss.

From fabrics to packaging, I do my best to tread lightly on the planet while delivering something truly special.

As a tiny brand, my business practices are so different—not just from large companies but even from other small businesses creating similar products.

For me, sourcing fabrics and trims means purchasing overflow materials—what bigger brands have left behind. It’s not quite “deadstock,” but it’s close. Many lingerie supplies require minimum orders of 10,000 units, so I work with what’s available—often organic or recycled materials that others have already chosen. While this can feel a little restrictive, it’s also incredibly rewarding to reduce waste and give surplus materials a new life in my designs.

What also makes me different is my hands-on approach. I’m not just designing; I’m involved in every aspect of my business. From choosing fabrics to perfecting fit, packing your orders, and even answering your emails, it’s all me! This level of personal connection means every piece you receive has been created with care, intention, and a commitment to sustainability.

Unlike many SMEs, my focus is on creating small, thoughtful collections that reflect timeless design and avoid the cycle of fast fashion. I don’t follow trends—I create pieces that last, both in quality and style.

DESIGNED IN AUSTRALIA

OUR MAKERS

For manufacturing I have chosen to partner with 3 home based businesses in Bali. I work closely with each of these makers during the sampling to manufacturing process and each business dictates the cost of sewing each piece.

Pre covid, once I had my designs ready to be made, I would travel to Bali to purchase fabrics, and start the sampling process with each of my makers. Now with the limits to travel I have a production manager, Lony D, to assist me with producing my ranges. Lony now managers these 3 teams for me, managing the quality control process and shipping to me in Australia. 

SUSTAINABLY PRODUCED

The main benefit of working with small producers is each of my pieces are hand crafted, not mass produced. Sustainability, to me, is an emphasis on high quality materials, hand-crafted with high quality sewing to create beautiful products that can stand the test of time.

Ethically I have consciously chosen not work with bigger factories, that can make clothing for much cheaper. By choosing to work with the smaller makers, not only am I able to support the Bali community, but can have more flexibility in what I produce with smaller quantities, more colour options, and have control over the quality of each of my designs.

Packaging & Shipping

Each order is wrapped in signature cream tissue paper and I proudly use COMPOST BAGS from Better Packaging. Each of these options can be reused, recycled or put in your green waste.
