Each certificate has a unique code that will credit the recipient to the value purchased (Redeemable on our online store only).
Vouchers are available in an email or printed format:
- Email version, will be emailed to your inbox for you to print out or forward to the lucky recipient (emailed with in 1-12 hours). Perfect for a last minute gift!
- Printed versions are printed on beautiful recycled card and include an envelope for you to personally address. We can post this direct to you or your giftee.

Returns
- 30-day returns on bras, crops and sleepwear if unworn and in original condition.
- Underwear cannot be returned for a refund (hygiene).
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless faulty.
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

If it’s your first Eco Intimates bra and the size isn’t right, I’ll cover your return shipping and send your exchange at no extra cost.
