Temporary Suspension of US Shipping

Due to recent changes in US Customs regulations (Executive Order 14324), Australia Post has temporarily suspended all parcel deliveries to the United States and Puerto Rico.

What this means for you:

• From 26 August 2025, Eco Intimates cannot accept new orders shipping to the US or Puerto Rico until further notice.

• Only letters/documents (with no commercial value) can currently be sent.

• Any new orders placed with a US shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.

• If you already have an order with us, we’ll contact you directly with the option to either:

  • Hold your order until shipping resumes, or

  • Cancel and receive a full refund.

Why is this happening?
The US has introduced new import rules requiring duties and taxes to be paid in advance before parcels can enter the country. Until Australia Post launches a system with their partner Zonos® to process this, parcels can’t be sent.

When will shipping resume?
We expect services to reopen once Australia Post and Zonos® have their solution in place. While we don’t have a confirmed date yet, we’ll update this page and contact our US customers as soon as it’s live.
