Returns:

Pre-ordered Bras, crops and sleepwear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition.

For hygiene reasons, briefs cannot be returned unless faulty.

Some of my most loved pieces are offered as preorder items—this means you're reserving them before they're ready to ship. It helps me produce more sustainably and avoid overproduction.

When you order a preorder item:

International Orders & Duties

I'm thrilled to ship Eco Intimates worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

• USA: No duties for orders under $800 USD.
• UK: VAT and handling fees may apply. Duties added if your order is over £135.
• EU: VAT is usually charged on all imports; duties added for orders over €150.
• New Zealand: GST may apply to most orders.

Returns & Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons, briefs cannot be returned unless faulty.

I offer easy returns and exchanges for bras, bralettes, crops, and sleepwear. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

To protect your items and eligibility for return, please try garments on with clean skin and avoid deodorant or body products.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. For international returns, please mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges (any incurred fees will be deducted from your refund).
