Terrible fit, terrible customer service

Hi Lisa, I’m so sorry. You were absolutely right to be frustrated that you hadn’t heard back from me after trying to contact me several times.

I’ve since discovered an issue with messages from my website contact form and some emails not appearing in my inbox as they should, including yours. Unfortunately I wasn’t aware you were waiting for a response.

I have now found your messages, replied to you directly and refunded the three bras you wanted to return. I’ve also arranged to cover the return postage, as I had mistakenly sent you the wrong combination of sizes.

I pride myself on personally looking after my customers, so I’m genuinely disappointed that this happened and that your experience with Eco Intimates wasn’t reflective of the service I normally provide.

Thank you also for your detailed feedback on the fit - I really do take this on board when developing and improving my bras.
