And because I want to make your experience even more rewarding, orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.

Express Shipping for When You Can't Wait

Need your Eco Intimates even sooner? I’ve got you covered with my express shipping option. For just $15, you can have your order delivered via express post. For those special occasions or simply because you can’t wait to wear your new favorites, choose express shipping at checkout, and I’ll ensure your order arrives in no time.

Preordering

Some of my most popular items may be available for preorder. This allows you to reserve your favorite pieces before they’re back in stock. When you place a preorder, I’ll provide an estimated shipping date, and as soon as the item is available, I’ll prioritize your order to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible. Please note that if your order includes both in-stock and preordered items, I will ship them together unless you request otherwise.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is my top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I offer a straightforward returns and exchange process. You may return any unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To start a return or exchange, please visit my Returns & Exchanges page. I strive to process all returns within 7 business days of receiving them.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. For international returns, please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid any customs charges. Any customs charges incurred on returns will be deducted from your refund.
