How to measure for your Eco Intimates bra

I use standard Australian sizing and most customers choose the size they usually wear. If you’d like to double check, use the Band Size Guide and Cup Chart below.

For bras, sizing is based on the difference between your bust and underbust measurements to find your closest natural fit.

If the chart suggests a size above what you usually wear, most customers find their usual size fits well thanks to the natural stretch in our fabrics.

1) Band Size Guide

Measure your underbust to find your band size. If the chart suggests a size larger than you usually wear, most customers are comfortable choosing their usual size thanks to the natural stretch in our fabrics.

Measure around the fullest part of your bust
Measure your underbust (firm but not tight)
Subtract underbust from bust.

Use the difference below to determine your cup size.

Example: 75–80cm underbust + 12.5cm difference = 12DD

Many of our bras are designed for specific cup ranges:

Each product page clearly states which cup range the style is designed for.

Bella and Stella styles use traditional sizing (e.g. 10B, 12DD) and follow the size chart directly.

4) Underwear Size Guide

For underwear, choose the size you usually wear in your favourite brands. If you typically size up for comfort, we suggest doing the same here.

Ruffle Knickers: Your regular size will be a cheeky fit, as designed. Many customers prefer to size up in this style.

6) Bandeau Sizing

Our bandeau is a soft, flexible fit designed to sit comfortably on the body. The elastic is gentle and won’t cut in. Choose your usual dress size, then adjust based on bust size and how firm you like the fit.

Tip: Measure your over-bust at the fullest point. The bandeau should comfortably stretch to this measurement without feeling tight. If your measurement is close to the max stretch, size up for a softer fit.
