When will my order ship?

Each pre-order style is made in small batches, with fabric already ordered once pre-orders open. Your piece will be handmade in Bali by our small team and ready to ship in approximately 8–10 weeks.

We’ll keep you updated along the way and do our best to stick to the estimated timeframe. Please note: Occasionally, there may be production delays. If this happens, we’ll notify you via email with an update.

You’re welcome to cancel your pre-order at any time for a full refund of the purchase price and any shipping paid for that item.

In the rare event we’re unable to complete your order due to production issues, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

I am honestly surprised at the comfort, versatility, and supportiveness of this earth-friendly bra! I am so glad that my size was available, as it's very hard to find any natural options in my parameters (32F) in stock. I also really appreciate that this bra does not force the ladies to be stuck together at all, let alone perpetually as many synthetic "comfort" bras do!! It is very nice looking, stays in place properly, and is so comfortable it's like being fully supported without being constrained in the least! The racerback option is all the more helpful in providing options depending on the way one's ladies are naturally positioned. AWESOME BRA!!! XD Thank you!!

Beautiful ethical lingerie

I have 3 of the Penny bras. My first was the paisley raspberry and my only reservation was that the band used to twist a bit. However I saw that the bra had been updated and queried this and Madonna told me to send my paisley one back and she would update it so there would be no twisting. Great customer service and so I then went on to order 2 more in chinoiserie and garnet.

Comforting just love them.

I am size 16E I'm short and stocky

Originally I bought size XL because it said 16E =XL

But I recently bought size L and it fits me better and gives more support. I'm usually an L in clothes not XL anyway so the main thing is they are a generous fit. I still wear the XL to bed but the L is better during the day.

Overjoyed

Finally a bralette that fits!! I wear an 8G/10FF and ordered an XS as I prefer a firmer fit and it’s perfect!! Super comfortable with good support, I can also get away with wearing under certain shirts which is a big plus. Love everything about this bra and brand :)

So happy to find a wireless bralette for larger cup sizes! I’ve tried so many and this is the first one to be comfortable, supportive, and still give good shape. I’ll be replacing most of my other bras with these.
