I believe that your shopping experience should be as smooth and satisfying as slipping into your favourite lingerie. That’s why I offer a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping across Australia, no matter the size of your order. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.

Every order is packed thoughtfully and dispatched within 3 business days, so you can start enjoying your new lingerie as soon as possible.

Express Shipping for When You Can't Wait

Need your Eco Intimates even sooner? Choose Express Post for $15 at checkout and I’ll make sure your order arrives in no time.

Preordering

Some of my most loved pieces are offered as preorder items—this means you're reserving them before they're ready to ship. It helps me produce more sustainably and avoid overproduction.

When you order a preorder item:

• Within Australia – Shipping is free
• Internationally – Discounted shipping applies

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, they’ll ship separately. In-stock pieces are dispatched within 3 business days, and preorder items will ship as soon as they’re ready. No need to contact me or pay extra—you’ll receive separate tracking for each shipment.

International Orders & Duties

I'm thrilled to ship Eco Intimates worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Here’s a general guide to what may apply in some regions:

• USA: Duties calculated at checkout.
• UK, EU: VAT is usually charged on all imports. This will calculated once your order arrives into the UK/EU and they will contact you for payment.
