Every Eco Intimates product is thoughtfully designed in Australia, then ethically handmade in small batches using natural & organic cotton, bamboo or silk. Eco Intimates founder, Madonna, designs with real womens' bodies in mind, tailoring her pieces to fit beautifully and to last season after season. Her natural lingerie is ethically & sustainably handmade in Bali by small scale production workshops, who work closely with Madonna to bring her original designs to you.

Eco Intimates garments are made primarily from certified OCS organic cotton and other natural fibre textiles, including some non-organic cotton, bamboo and silk. Eco Intimates is committed to using high-quality, natural fabrics only.
Our unique and original designs are designed in Australia and then ethically and sustainably handmade in Bali working in partnership with our small-scale production workshops. We only work with small scale artisan seamstresses and producers, not large scale factories.
Eco Intimates follows a slow-fashion ethos, meaning pieces are not mass-produced, but handmade in small batches. The brand is independently rated as a "Good on You" ethical and sustainable label, focusing on quality, comfort, and garments that are made to last.

Yes, Eco Intimates offers knickers in AU sizes 8-18 (US size 0-20/EU size 36-46). Also, our collection of soft cup bras tailored to fit various body types, including A-C Cups, D-E Cups, and F-G Cups. All our products are designed with real women's bodies in mind.
We specialise in wire-free bras and soft cup bralettes, prioritising comfort, natural support and a good fit.
If you are unsure of what size to choose, go to our 'Find Your Fit' section to easily calculate your size using our helpful 'Bra Size Guide', and 'Underwear Size Calculator' to help you determine your perfect fit. We also offer a 'Personalised Fit Consultation' service, where Madonna will help you personally find your size if you send her your measurements.

Due to our slow-fashion ethos and production in small batch collections, we sometimes find the most popular sizes sell out more quickly. We are always working to ensure that the most popular products are in stock all the time.
If there is a product you really want to get your hands on first, we sometimes off a pre-order option, which means that you order upfront and get the first stock sent to you as soon as it lands. Eco Intimates offers free shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD, with a flat $10 fee for orders below that amount. There are also options for you to upgrade to express shipping. We also offer international shipping so please see our shipping guides for more information on costs to your region.
Yes we ship our products internationally, including to NZ, US, EU and UK. Please refer to our shipping information for more details specific to your region.
For hygiene reasons, briefs cannot be returned unless faulty, however we do offer easy returns and exchanges for bras, bralettes, crops, and sleepwear. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags within 30 days of purchase. You can use our self service returns portal to arrange your return.
