DISPATCH & DELIVERY OVERVIEW

ECO INTIMATES is based in Australia

Dispatch: Once your order is received by us the goods will be prepared for shipment within 1-3 days, if in stock. If you ordered an item that is on pre-order,  we will either ship the item in stock first or ship they all together once the pre-order item arrives. 

Delivery: Both domestic (within Australia) and International are shipped via Australia post. PARCEL Post (standard service) and EXPRESS Post, with an additional International EXPRESS service available from DHL. You can find more shipping information below. 

SOD: Due to some letter boxes being unsecured, we ship items with 'Signature on Delivery'. If you would like to give 'Authority to Leave' please let us know in the cart note sections. Any items lost or stolen after delivery is not the responsibility of Eco Intimates

PACKAGING

Each order is wrapped in our signature tissue paper and we proudly use COMPOST BAGS from Better Packaging & for smaller orders we use paper tough bags. Each of these options can be reused, recycled or put in your green waste.

        AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING: All domestic (within Australia) orders are shipped by Australia Post with either EXPRESS or PARCEL POST shipping. Each item will have a tracking number, and may require signature on delivery. Tracking will be emailed once order is dispatched.
        1. FREE PARCEL POST (Australia Wide) for orders over AU$150.00 
        2. PARCEL POST $8.50-12.00*  and transit is 3-8 business days
        3. EXPRESS POST $10.00-16.00* and transit is 1-3 business days

        *Shipping prices will vary on the weight of your order. 

        INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Your country's duties and tax are not included in this postage cost. There are calculated on the VALUE of the items purchased, not the amount you have paid, this is frustrating issue. We cannot control any delays once it leaves Australia, due to each countries customs procedures the time will vary. 

        1. International Standard Post Transit is 8-12 business days

          • Flat rate of $10.00 (under 500 grams)
          • Flat rate of $25.00 (over 500 grams)

        2. EXPRESS International Transit is 5-7 business days

          • Calculated at check out

        DUTIES & TAX: Shipping includes freight only and currently Eco Intimates is not responsible for paying any additional customs charges such as duties, tariffs, taxes & VAT.

        If your country charges these, you they will be payable from your postage service and payable when received. Australian GST will not be charged and is deducted from each item if you are accessing our site outside Australia, or at checkout, if your address is outside of Australia.
