Eco Intimates is based in Byron Bay, NSW Australia. We ship from our business address via Australia Post and DHL. PLEASE NOTE: Byron Bay is not on the direct postage route and express can take an extra 24 hours, depending on location.
Once your order is received by us the goods will be shipped within 2-3 days if in stock (unless your item is a pre-order)
Free Gift Wrapping! If you are buying eco intimates for a gift for a special someone, we gift wrap all orders in our signature cream tissue paper.
Just mention at checkout (note to seller) that your items are a gift and we will be sure not to include any price details.
AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING OPTIONS
All domestic (within Australia) orders are shipped by regular post via Australia Post and will have a tracking number, which will be emailed once order is dispatched. Once shipped- goods may take approx 5-8 business days to reach you depending on your shipping address.
