Once your order is received by us the goods will be shipped within 2-3 days if in stock (unless you have ordered a pre-order piece)

PACKAGING

Each order is wrapped in our signature cream tissue paper and we proudly use COMPOST BAGS from Better Packaging & for smaller orders we use paper tough bags. Each of these options can be reused, recycled or put in your green waste.

        AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING OPTIONS
        Eco Intimates is based in northern NSW Australia and is not on the direct postage route and express can take an extra 24 hours, depending on location. 
        All domestic (within Australia) orders are shipped by regular post via Australia Post and will have a tracking number, and will require signature on delivery. Tracking  will be emailed once order is dispatched. Once shipped- goods may take approx 5-8 business days to reach you depending on your shipping address. 
        From 30th September 2019 Australia Post increased domestic shipping costs which have now been reflected on the site and are as below:
        1. Free Australia wide for orders over AU$100.00 
        2. REGULAR Australia Post $8 (6-10 days)
        3. Express $12.00 (1-3 bus. days)
