To get the most accurate top bust measurement, measure with a well fitting bra on, an underwire can be the best here as it gives you the most lift, but must not have any padding or foam. So with this comfortable and well fitting bra (as you own), and standing on even surface, measure you top-bust.
I have allowed for ease (space to breath) in the designs, so you don't need to allow for a relaxed fit. Just get the accurate measurement of your chest.
Your UNDER-BUST is where the band of your bra fits around your ribcage.
This is the number part of a bra size, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 (= band size)
Your OVER-BUST measurement is the fullness of your breasts.
This is the LETTER part of a bra size, A, B, C, D, E, F, G (= cup size)
