What currency is your store in?
Automatically our store will show your country's currency until checkout. At check out the total will be in Australian dollars.
New Zealand Afterpay customers: Please note due to currency conversions the final amount may differ from the amount displayed
I am making my first order and I have not received my 10% code?
It can take up to an hour to receive the 'Welcome email'. Check your Spam/Junk folder and if you still haven't got it (or don't want to wait until it arrives) feel free to email me on firstname.lastname@example.org and I will personally send you the code.
How do I use my discount code?
At check out you will find a box to enter your discount code in. Only one discount can be used at a time. As a first time customer, if you want to use a special sale code, you are welcome to save your welcome code for future orders.
I am worried that I will pick the wrong size?
You can be reassured that all lounge, sleepwear, yoga and bralettes can be exchanged for another size. While knickers cannot be exchanged due to hygiene regulations, if you order more than one pair just try on one style and you can exchange the remaining if needed.
Don't hesitate to reach out to me on the contact form with your measurements and I can double check that you have picked the right size.
When will my order be sent?
Australian orders: Generally items in stock will be sent within 1-2 business days from your order date. If you have ordered additional items on pre-order and you would like the in stock items to be sent first, please contact us. Otherwise all items will be sent together once the pre-order items are ready and you will be notified by email that your piece is on its way.
International orders: In stock items are posted within 1-2 business days. If you have ordered a pre-ordered item along with items that are currently in stock, your full order will be shipped altogether, once all items are in stock.
As I produce small quantities at a time my stock levels will fluctuate up and down. I create to demand- this is one of my sustainable business practices. As our pieces are hand printed, dyed and sewn there may be delays with a pre-order. If you need your order by a certain date- please email me prior to ordering.
How long will my pre-order take?
Unless there is a date stating when the item will be back in stock you can allow up to 6-8 weeks for your item to be sewn and you will be notified by email once your order is ready.
